Planning a family vacation is exciting. Keeping it all in your head isn't.
Long before anyone packs a suitcase, someone in the family is already carrying the trip. They remember the flight numbers, hotel confirmations, rental car details, restaurant reservations, activity tickets, packing lists, passports, medications, weather forecasts, and the dozens of small decisions that make a vacation actually work.
Most of the time, no one notices. They simply assume everything will be ready when it's needed.
This invisible work has a name: the mental load.
While everyone else is looking forward to the adventure, one person is quietly keeping track of everything that could go wrong.

None of these questions are difficult by themselves. Together, they create a constant background process that follows the trip everywhere.
We don't think family travel should feel that way.
Technology has become very good at helping us book vacations, but much less effective at helping us experience them. Most travel apps store information. They expect you to remember where it is, when to open it, and how all the pieces fit together.
We wanted to build something different.
Family Trip OS isn't designed to replace the excitement of travel. It's designed to quietly remove the mental overhead that often comes with it.
Instead of juggling confirmations across email, calendars, screenshots, and notes, everything belongs to the trip itself.
Instead of wondering what happens next, Today helps the family stay oriented.
Instead of searching for documents while everyone is waiting, the important information is already where it needs to be.
What it's designed to do

It isn't another thing to build from scratch. It's a companion for the trip you already have.
The goal isn't to organize more. The goal is to think less about logistics so you can think more about the people you're traveling with.
Because the best family memories rarely come from finding the right confirmation email. They come from being present enough to enjoy the adventure.
